How to use?: Mix PBySO Face Mask and Scrub powder with yogurt or plain water into a paste. Apply on face and leave it to dry. When the face mask is dry, rewet face and gently scrub to exfoliate. Rinse off. If you have active acne on your face. Gently remove mask with water and avoid scrubbing. Use 1-2 times weekly.

Ingredients: Premium Gold Cocoa Powder, Organic Rolled Oat, Lavender Powder, and Chamomile Powder.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place. 

Production date: October 2024

Expiry date: As this product does not uses any preservatives, it expires in a year if left unopened and kept in a cool and dry place. Best to use within 6 months once opened. If it smells foul, please discard.

Return policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at tfsouq@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address. You are require to return your items within 2 days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
